Statement on the obligation to provide information
The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website.
If you contact us by form on the website or by email, your stated data will be saved with us for twelve months in order to process the request and for the case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
If you ask us about the request form or by e-mail, we will allow us to send you our brochure material twice a year by mail.
We would like to point out that for the purpose of the simpler shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract by the webshop operator, the IP data of the connection holder are stored in the context of cookies, as well as the name, address and contact information of the buyer.
In addition, the following are the following for the purpose of contract processing Data also stored with us: name, address, contact details and a copy of your order. The data provided by you is required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we will not be able to conclude the contract with you. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the unwinding banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods as well as to our tax adviser for the performance of our tax obligations.
After the cancellation of the shopping process, the data stored with us are deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship shall be stored up to the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as of Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files, which are stored on your terminal using the browser. They do not cause any damage.
If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser to inform you of the setting of cookies and to allow you to do so only on a case-by-case basis.
When disabling cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data are pseudonymized.
User data will be kept for the duration of 7 years.
